estled within a Grade B listed historic Victorian model farm complex, this charming farmhouse stands as a testament to the enduring elegance of traditional architecture. The ongoing restoration and rationalization of existing spaces have breathed new life into this historic property. Modernising the living accommodation for the owners we added a stone lean to extension and canopy to open up the restricted floorplan and allow for some sheltered outdoor space for muddy pups and changing boots for the garden.

The garden connects via pathways to other parts of the Model Farm and have been developed collaboratively with Jonny Knox Garden Design, ensuring connectivity with future parts of the restoration.
